About the Network

The Pondoff’s Anonymous Network is a podcast network built around honest conversations about recovery, mental health, and life as it actually happens. It started with one show and grew into multiple podcasts because one conversation turned into another, and then another, and here we are.

These are podcast-first shows. No essays, no long lectures, no pretending anyone has it all figured out. Just people talking…sometimes seriously, sometimes sideways, sometimes laughing at things they probably should not laugh at, but always telling the truth as best they can.

The network centers recovery and mental health without treating either like a brand or a buzzword. You will hear stories from people in recovery, people adjacent to recovery, and people just trying to get through the week without completely losing it. Credentials are optional. Being real is not.

Pondoff’s Anonymous is independently produced and community-driven. We make the kind of podcasts we would want to listen to ourselves…ones that do not talk down to you, do not clean things up too much, and do not pretend the messy parts are optional. If it helps you feel a little less alone, great. If it makes you laugh at the wrong moment, also great.
